Glacier Virtual Technologies Services and Pricing

For Realtors wishing to enhance their listings with 360 tours and aerial photography, our Platinum Package includes a full 360 virtual tour (including dollhouse and 2D floorplan), aerial photography of the property and 8 months of hosting. Unlike our competitors, we offer a single complete listing package and also ‘a la carte’ offerings.

All aerial services are provided by fully FAA Part 107 certified pilots.

For Real Estate:

              All package prices are based on house square footage. Price calculated at $10 per hundred square feet.

              Examples:

• 2300 sq. foot house = $230 base Silver package price

• 1500 sq. foot house = $150 base Silver package price

              Note that 360 tours include both interior and exterior 360 photos of property

•   Silver package

o   360 tour of property

o   3 months 360 tour hosting

o   Up to 20 360 photos to create tour

•   Gold package – Adds $69 to Silver cost

o   360 tour of property

o   6 months of 360 tour hosting

o   Up to 30 360 photos to create tour

• Platinum package – Adds $299 to Silver cost

  • 360 tour including dollhouse and 2D floor plan

  • 8 months of 360 tour hosting

  • Up to 35 360 photos to create tour

  • 10 Aerial photos

  • 2 minute aerial video of property

• A-la-carte

o   Aerial photos - $89 for 10

o   Aerial photos and 2 minute aerial video - $249

o   2D Floorplan - $30/floor

o   360 “dollhouse” - $65/floor (includes 2D floorplan)

o   Additional 360 tour Hosting costs - $10/month. 6 months for $49.

For Businesses:

              All prices to be negotiated depending on the size and complexity of the shoot and services requested (property size, number of shots, hosting timelines, services requested, etc.). Smaller businesses can use the Real Estate a-la-carte pricing to get a general idea of costs. Larger businesses will need to be calculated based on all factors of the shoot.
